
A London-based independent estate agency has launched its second location with a deliberately unconventional design philosophy that challenges traditional property office aesthetics, according to its founder.
Vita, previously operating from a single high street premises in Swiss Cottage, North London, has unveiled its Hampstead branch featuring an interior that resembles a curated design showroom rather than a conventional estate agency environment.

Founder Oliver Kent explains the space was intentionally crafted to evoke a residential atmosphere rather than a transactional commercial environment. The office notably eschews window-facing desks and headset-wearing negotiators. It also serves as the operational center for Vita's recently introduced self-employed agent framework, termed Broker Partners.
Having established the business fifteen years ago, Kent attributes the expansion decision to heightened market activity across the firm's North West London territory.
"Establishing our South Hampstead presence represents a logical progression. Our operational footprint has covered these postcodes extensively, making this location strategically sound. We deliberately avoided replicating conventional agency storefronts," he explains.
